3. Performance
GR-B01 is mainly applied in gypsum-based products and can endow the products with the following characteristics
• It has a high retarding efficiency and a low dosage
• It has good alkali resistance and a good retarding effect in the gypsum + calcium hydroxide and gypsum + cement systems
• The dosage has a linear relationship with the setting time of gypsum
• The operable time is long
• Odorless, non-toxic and pollution-free
4.Application
GR-B01 is mainly recommended for application in gypsum-based self-leveling mortar, plastering gypsum, jointing gypsum, gypsum components and gypsum decorative line mortar, etc.
The actual dosage should be determined in advance through experiments
5. Storage
In the sealed original packaging , the storage period of GR-B01 is 12 months. If it has exceeded the usage period but no lumps , it can still be used. It must be stored in a cool and dry place. To prevent moisture from seeping in, opened packages should be sealed as soon as possible.
6. Package
25 kg bag: Multi-layer paper-plastic composite bag (lined with polyethylene film)
7. Industrial safety and environmental protection
— There is an explosion risk when exposed to static sparks or fire sources
— Exhaust and ventilation devices should be installed at the usage site
— Glasses or chemical-resistant eye mask must be worn
